Can anyone tell me how to access programming for Hospitaslity services without a terminal?

i don't think that can be done from the console, a term is a must.

I agree.You can book a wake up call from console(M2250),but need a termnial to program the feature.

I've got a terminal that I use for all of my other programming but from what I've read in the manual it alsmost seems like you need a seperate terminal but I don't know how to hook it up. I've got several customers with Option 11's but this is the only hotel w/ hospitality.

You don not have to have a background terminal for wake up. All you need is your switch terminal to program a couple of ran routes and the 2250. I have set this up at several of my sites. for some of the other Hospitality features you do have to have a background termianl, but not wake up. Let me know if I can help you out.
