wake up calls fail

Hey does anyone have any idea why wake up calls might be failing and sending a error that says SYST BLKD back to the wake up printer? I checked the ran machine and the recordings are all there. We outed the awu trunks and rebuilt them just to do it. We reseated the trunk cards. We also INI'd the pbx but wake up calls are still failing. ANy ideas? Option 61c rls. 3.0
