Wake on LAN 1

Hi there,
Is there any possibility how I can implement a Wake on LAN in a company network?
The Problems are: I cannot use directed broadcasts for security issues and I have to send the messages over a router.

If you cannot send a packet to your subnet's broadcast address you cannot WOL.
