Waiting permission to log in . . . 1

HELP!

It's been sometime for me, but I cannot remember how to bypass this Waiting permission to log in . . . screen.

I am stuck and can't get it. :-(

It started with a bad index that wouldn't rebuild.

Anyway, it's asleep and I can't figure out how to wake it up!
ANYONE???

Rename license.dbx to license.dbf.
