Waiting on More Tele Worker Licenses "Need a work around"

We ordered 10 more Tele worker Licenses
We are waiting to get them installed due to an upgrade to R11

We need a user to be able to receive forwarded calls on their cell phone..... while being part of a HG
We don't have any mobile or extra teleworker licenses ... Just need the ability to use their cell phone to answer HG calls
We do have OneXPortal

then there's an option to forward hunt group calls.
