Waiting message programmable external hardware

Hi all...

Forgive if this is the wrong place to post this, but I couldn´t find a better place...

I have a project that requires playing promotional messages while the caller person is waiting for an extension.It´s like you can someone, and while your call is being transfered you hear a message.

I know most, if not all current PBX systems supports that internally nowdays, but my requirements asks for an external hardware for that purpose.

I need to find this accessory hardware in the market. It would be a box that you plug into the PBX audio in and where you can download the message that will be played remotely, through a special reserved extension.

I have no idea who manufactures those things, then I kindly ask for some help on finding this hardware.
