Hail,

I have an app that prints a document from Word that is 7 pages long with a bunch of pics. I want to print this and then quit word without the user ever even seeing where the printing comes from. I manage to do this, but since the document is so big, I get a message asking me if I still want to quit Word while its printing. Is their a way for me to know when word is done printing so I can then quit it?
Or does anyone have any better ideas?

expression.PrintOut(Background, ...)

Background Optional Variant. True to have the macro continue while Word prints the document.

Have you tried setting Background:=false and then quitting? I don't have experience with this, but it seems to me that this is exactly what you want. The macro should pause until the printing operation is complete, and then close Word.

Hail,

Thanx for the tip, I will try it out, should work out great

Thanx again
