Waiting for line R11 analog trunks from Mediacom

Anyone else had issues with Mediacom lines and waiting for line? They have 6 lines. Also get line alarms of no connection but when checked all the lines have dialtone. I should note when I see the alarms they are black not red. It appears as if the lines are going in and out of service. Here is a call sample.
