Waiting for Line on wrong Number

Hi

We have a customer reporting that if they dial a wrong number the phone (J179) says waiting for line.

Checked the SIP response from provider and they are sending a 404 which I assume is correct.
I have a Workplace App connected and that seems to work fine, says call cannot be completed so is a J179 issue?

System is 11.0.4 Server Edition

Any pointers appreciated!
 
try to disable PRACK on the SIP trunk. I have had an issue with this as it causes a second reply that the IPO sometime has issues with.

Hi thanks for the reply

I have just checked and PRACK is not enabled

On further testing, I get Waiting for Line if insufficient digits for the exchange area are dialled.
If I dial the correct number of digits, but a wrong number, I get Incompatible and NU tone
