My client has IP Office v4.2.23 with POTS lines being supplied via the Internet provider's modem.
This control unit was just recently replaced. Not sure if it was damaged due to storm, etc.
Since being replaced, the client was randomly getting the "Beep-Beep-Beep Waiting for Line" when dialing an outside number.
I moved all 4 cross connects to another card in the unit, tested out going calls, tying up all 4 lines and could not get the error to present itself.
The clients internet provider was out later that day to replace the modem, and now they have the issue back again. (randomly)
Does this sound like coincidence, or could something be wrong from the providers side. (in both instances)
The client is 4 hours away and does not have their system on the internal network, so service calls are a real pain.
