Waiting for FW Update

Hello Guys,I have a IP Office 500 V2,that was hit by a storm,I replace the 500 V2,and the combination card(same sd card).The system come up,after a while the phones will say waiting for fw.Any idea what is the problem?PS I also reuse the same Dig sta card.

is the tftp pointed to the memory card in manager on system tab

It may be the guy inbetween the chair and the PC
The phones expect another software as they have and want to download it from the fileserver, whach can be the IP Office but it also can be another server.
Check in System > Sytem what is used as the file server, if in doubt press F1.

When in doubt, upgrade. That usually fixes the problem too.
