Wait Command and Blind Transfers

We front-end our Symposium Server via an IVR. As a result we have placed the command Wait 6 as the first line in our Master Script-Nortel recommended for blind transers into Symposium Server. This has the effect of adding time to each call that passes through the Master Script (2-3 seconds). Does anyone account for this extra time in the monthly statistics, e.g. ASA measure?
