Wacom pen based input

Has anyone used pen based input (Wacom pen/tablet) to edit/modify images and create artwork?
Wacom claims that "pen-based computing quickly and professionally edits photos and creates digital artwork by using Adobe® Photoshop®, Corel® Painter™, and over 100 other leading software applications".

They're excellent and inexpensive. You can do a lot with the stylus that you can't do as accurately with a mouse and it gives you total freedom to sraw whtever you like.



Using OSX 10.3.9 on a G4
