W98SE user policies

Is it possible to set up a W98SE policy package within Netware 5?

The auto update feature doesn't work, but I've found it is quite simple to create a policies folder on the server create uniquely named policies there and then use the manual update feature when setting the registry for policy update.

To simplify the path to the policies folder I added a map root command in the login script that pointed drive letter p:\ to that policies folder.
