W98 DOS programs minimise

Start DOS program, use it, all OK, leave it for a few minutes and it minimises onto the taskbar. Click on it and it reopens where it left off. Problem is that dumb users start up another instance of the program and thats not on.
How do we stop the program minimising. The main culprit is a Clipper program but several machines do it on several DOS programs. ????

Does the program only minimize when the screensaver activates? You may want to disable the screensavers. They serve no useful purpose, aside from amusement. After the first viewing, they aren't even amusing. Why allow a worthless feature that interferes with business?
