I installed NAV2003 Pro Ed on a Win 98 system with Office 2000. This system had been running NAV2002 regular version just fine.

After a fresh reboot everything works fine. However given an hour or so of activity (OE email, IE, Word, etc.) the systems slows to a crawl. Even typing email or Word, it takes several seconds for the letter to show up. Opening documents can take several minutes!

The work-around is to reboot then everything is fast again for a little while.

I can not find any help on this. I have installed the same product on several other machines with no problem.
Thanks,
Becky

Sounds like your user resources are just running low. The newer norton is probably consuming them at a higher rate than the previous.

I recommend running MSCONFIG to disable all unwanted background apps on startup, and add RAM if you are below 256mb.

The system has 128 MB, which is the case on others I have installed on. However, I have feel it may be a memory issue and your suggestion will be my next step.

Thanks
