W95.CIH, Unable to Repair..

I run Norton Antivirus 2002 on my HardDisk, It says, my Norton file itself got infected with W95.CIH.
Then I run Norton Program (NAVDX) from Command Prompt, Dos Prompt, with REPAIR and DOALLFILES Option, It repairs certail Files, But It couldn't repair certain System Files (files from windows\system directory), Now I could not even delete these files. Is there any way of removing these Viruses with Norton Antivirus 2002.

Best way is to boot from an emergency disk and run a scan from the command line. That way the virus isn't active in memory.

That's the thing i am doing exactly, but still it could not able to repair some system files.

If that's the case, you may need to replace the files.
