I've been using ARCserve 2000 AE for a week now and wanted to setup a very basic user friendly rotation using device groups. This is an NT system using an HP Surestore 1/9 DLT drive (9 slot). I have 4 full backups scheduled, each to it's own device group (i.e. Tues device group = slots 3 & 4, Wed = 5 & 6 etc). The backup job itself has been working when there was only one device group, but now it's erroring out w/ the "library operation has been attempted" now that I have 4 device groups (Mon and fri share the same slots). In addition, I registered the trial version of the Tape Library option and it still doesn't work. Does anyone know why this is happening??? Thanks a million!
