These three services are repeatdly (at least twice a day) failing to respond, knocking out the server completly, it brings up the error log

"Due to an unexpected error, the service fwsrv stopped responding to all requests. This occurred 5 time(s) in the past 3:57 hours. Try to stop the service or kill the corresponding process if it does not respond, and start it again. Check the Event Viewer for related error message"

I have looked at the microsoft website support article 293863, which really is no use, the machine and software is fully service packed up, I have even fully rebuit the server but to no avail,

Can anyone help before i start attacking it with a lump hammer

the server is a P4 2.6
1GB Ram
80 Gb HDD
Running server 2000 SP4
ISA 2000 SP1 running in intergrated mode
