i have already my w3d model , im a newbie to director..any one know of a tutorial to achieve this... i have already imported my model ...i can get it to zoom and traslate, i have not been able to rotate the camera around the object when i rotate the object goes around my camera and out of view?

That's perhaps because your model's central position is behind the camera.
