W3984 Could not connect to ASDB protection agent on server *******.

I get this error when trying to backup my Arcserve server. I can't figure out how to resolve it. This warning shows up right at the beginning of the job, but the job completes with not errors. Why is this?

Where is the Sql installed ?

If Sql is remote , Copy the Program Files\CA\ARCserve Backup\Packages\ASDBSQLAgent folder from the backup server to a temporary folder on the remote Microsoft SQL server that has the ASDB ARCserve DB.
-Run the SQLAgentRmtInst.exe application from the copied folder. This will install the ASDB Protection Agent on the remote MS SQL server.
When the ARCserve Backup Agent for SQL setup window opens, select the SQL Instance that contains the remote ASDB. Choose the authentication mode and provide any required security information, then click on Install

If local do the same thing on the backup server ...

Thanks its installed locally. I've ran the SQLAgentRMinst.exe and I guess I'll find out tonight if it works.
