W3301 when back up the systemstate

When I back up the systemstate a warning W3301 (directory=C:\D, FC=File not found) appears.

How to resolve the problem on a W2K Domain Controller?

What is the version of ARcserve being used...
If it is AS2000 and this is a remote backup, are you using the NT\2000 agent to backup the System state??
Coz , otherwise you wont be able to back it up thru the
network.

!!!USE THE CLIENT AGENT TO BACKUP SYS STATE

After installing SP3 the problem resolve itselfs. The version of AS2000 WG now is 7.0 Build 1086.
