W32Time Minor Issue... 1

Does anybody know where i would go to configure where the PDC syncs externally. For example, i am getting a error telling me &quot;Configure to sync from External time source using the net command, 'net time /setsntp:<server name>'. Also does anyone know of a good souce to use for this syncronization?
