W32.Pinfi.A virus

A few PCs on our network are infected with the W32.Pinfi.A virus. 2 PCs said clean and quarantine failed although they have the latest updates.

Can someone explain how this virus could get into the network. I have read about the virus but I failed to read if it comes via an attachment(infected file) or through the web or email. Please help me inderstand how this could have infected PCs. Thank you
