What are you useing for a disinfector?
As Nimda is network aware, it could be undetected on something you share with and re-infecting you that way.
About Nimda and a disinfector to download near the bottom:
You might try scanning all the other workstations for incriminated files like Sample.exe.
Some, like COOL.DLL may be used in other situations so if you go about removing files do so by copying them to *.sav so if oyu err you can recover.
