My Incoming spool is overwhelmed with w32.netsky mails. Though Norton is deleting the mails, these mails are still remaining in spool and still some of my users are getting mails from my imail server user names as from address. I scanned with symantec netsky removal tool and no virus is infected in my mail server, but still users are complaining of virus mails being received by them.

Can anyone help me.
