we are running the symantec product that scans exchange mailboxes and we have 2 users that it shows messages are constantly being marked for deletion due to the virus in the subject. I went into one of the users mailboxes and do not see any odd looking attachments etc yet this virus has to be somewhere because it keeps being detected...This is the exact message sent to me via email

The attachment "body.zip" was marked for Deletion for the following reasons:
Virus W32.Mytob.AA@mm was found in body.doc .exe.

This was done due to the following Symantec Mail Security settings:
Policy: HF CUSTOM POLICY
SubPolicy: Virus SubPolicy
Rule: Mass-Mailer Virus Rule
