w32/jeelo anybody heard of it?

My McAfee says I have w32/jeelo in 60 files,some of which are old and trusted programs.
But could find nothing on the web about it.
Help-anybody

Thanks Murray-
I did search McAfee and got no response.
I use a spanish language keyboard with various differences in key locations, and have always had problems with McAfee.
