i have vshield 4.5.1 sp1 engine 4.1.60 and virus defenitions 4.0.4244

the msg is that i can't clean the virus...

does some one know the way to solve this!??!
or i realy need to delete the files and put the new files there!!??!

thanks!!!

Remove the machine from the network first, then run the Stinger utility. This should do the trick.
