W32.Downadup ---- HELP

We use Symantec Endpoint Protection but still get these virus warnings on all XP and Windows 2003 servers. 100's of pc's involved. Safe mode scanning and the normal other tricks DONT work. Sometime AV fails to clean the file.
Also installed the MS patch.

What more can we do???
