I am trying to manually run a backup on an NT server running SQL server. It will fail after a few minutes, and the error I see when I look at the Activity log tells me that W3074 Windisk needs to be run on the machine. What is this and why is it coming up?

At this time, however, it appears that a fix will not be implemented until the next full revision of ARCserve, ARCserveIT 6.6, is released in late '98-early '99.
So do nothing or upgrade your version of Arcserve
