W3073 Unable to log on as user

We have a problem re Arcserve under Windows NT and would be grateful for any help you might have on this.

We have a user id that has supervisor rights on a server and we use this user id to schedule a backup overnight. We always get a "W3073 Unable to log on as user" message even though that is the user that is logged into the server and the user that set up the job - any ideas? We think this has some part to play as to why the backup doesn't run.

When I checked the administrator password in the server admin it turns out the domain was wrong
