w3073 error on Brightstor v9.0

Hello,

I have a problem by using Brightstor v9.0 (Build 2020).
Just a few seconds after my Backupjob has startet, Brightstor returns me error code W3073.
I have checked the username several times, also by right click on the job itself (option: change username).
The userneame is correct (in my case administrator) and the correct password.
After the errormassage is displayed, Brightstor will do the backup job (I think, without any errors).
Has anybody an idea, how to solve the problem?

This doesn't help. I tried this yet.
Also tried to use diffrent accounts with full administrative rights (local and domain).
 
Have you tried to put in the user account in the format:
DOMAIN\Username
I had similar issues like the one above and it sorted the issue.
