Hi All,
I'm going to be helping one of my friends soon who has set up a machine as a W2K domain controller to replace his Novell server. All the client machines are either 95 or 98 (with a couple of 2000 machines), and he's having problems getting the client machines to see the server.

Can people give me a few 'Checklists' of points to check for? Has anyone else had similar problems? What did you do to fix them?

Any help would be greatly appreciated :) <--"Didn't your code work? You must have made a mistake when you pasted it." - Mark Hazen-->

The easy way is to install the NetBEUI protocol. ¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤

If you're using ActiveDirectory, there is a Win9x client on the server CD that improves functionality for Win9x to Win2k servers.

I already knew about the Clients folder, but how do I install the NetBEUI protocol? <--"Didn't your code work? You must have made a mistake when you pasted it." - Mark Hazen-->
