W2KAS crash during full BACKUP EXEC 8.6 run

I have a WIN2K Advanced Server SP2 on a Dell 2550 which crashes during backup. Backup begins fine, seems to get to the end of the C: partition and then the system reboots. No errors reported in BE logs or event log. Next event is System recovering from unexpected shutdown. Any ideas?
