W2K3 TS Web Client

We are running one W2K3 TS server successfully and we have decided to make the TS environment available remotely. We have choosen to do this with the TS Web client. I am having difficulty finding information on best practices for setting this up. For instance, can the website be delivered from a different server running IIS that points back to the TS server or is it required to run locally on the TS Server?
Can someone point me in the right direction to get info regarding the setup of the web interface?
