w2k3 terminal server in win NT4 domain 1

Hi guys!
Hope you can help me out on this one. I have a customer who has 2 W2K3 terminal servers in a windows nt 4 domain. I'm having som trouble finding where to find the setting for terminal server profile for the users. it's not located under profiles in user manager on the domain controller. The logon-script does not set anything on this matter either. oh what to do :-? any suggestions?
