w2k3 deny copy permission in a folder

I need some feedback on whether it is possible to deny copy permission in a folder in w2k3 se O.S. I need that users can only view the contents of a folder, but not copy or edit it.

By view do you mean see only the listing of the file names? Or do you mean that a word document say should be able to be opened?
