W2K3 Certificate Services

I have planned to install W2K3 certificate services. I would like to issue certificate to my Exchange server.

Presently my Exchange server public url is

http://myserver.mydomain.com/exchange.

In order to issue a certificate, I should mention a Common Name. could i give myserver.mydomain.com/exchange as my common name. will W2K3 certificate services accept this as a common name and issue the certificate.

please advise

common name will be owa.domain.com(or mail.domain.com) where u have MX record on public DNS

I am new to this. by having MX record in public dns, do I need to buy something like domain name or do I just need to add mail.domain.com in my regular dns server. please advise.
