W2k workstation - shutdown

anyone know how to disable shutdown on workstation(not server), i still want to be able to logoff & restart. Tried technet, doesn't work what's suggested there.

w2k has a program (well feature called Local security policy

it's in the admin tools folder.... then goto local policies and then user rights assignments

at the bottom there is a policy for shuting down the system..... deny access there
