W2K Term Srvr and Licensing

I am running a Terminal Server on Small Business Server 2K and I have 10-11 users connecting at a time. I have 20 CALs installed on the server (5 come with SBS, I added 15), yet I get the following warning message every few minutes:

"License usage for a product licensed in per server mode has exceed the maximum number of licenses purchased and will prohibit further licenses from being granted."

All the clients are running Win2K Pro. How can I find out what "product" has exceeded the license? Everything is running great. I just don't want to see that stupid message anymore. What can/should I do?
