W2K Sys Admin Reference Site Needed

I have been assign to manage few w2k server, i don't have a formal training on windows, Is there any site that i can learn more about this topic. Appreciate very much if anybody can give me references.

Buy some books would be your best bet. There are Server training kits and resource kits available. Go to a local bookstore or look online, I use

for my book purchases.

I would use online references for specific issues or problems you run across.
