w2k svr: per server or per seat

Dear All:

installing Cjeck Point Firewall 4.1 on a Windows 2000 svr, curious about what generally is used for this ind of setup. I think per server is good just as long as you have the licenses. Since the system will be standalone, what would u guys recommend?
