W2k Server Routing over Same IP Class

I currently work in a school which has two networks. One for admin staff and the other for the kids. I need to give access to the internet which is a router 192.168.1.1 for the admin staff. My curriculum network is on 192.168.1.x & 255.255.255.0 and my admin network is on 192.168.2.x & 255.255.255.0. I know I need to set-up static routing but HOW?
