W2K Server Novell Gateway Banner Print even trough it is disabled

Hello Everybody,

I´ve a real problem with my Novell Gateway on a W2K Server.

Everytime I print trough my Novell Gateway into a printer queue a banner page may be printed.

There´s a Resolution in the Microsoft Knowledge Base, but it doesn´t help anything. The Article ist Q222190.

Can anybody help me trough this Desaster?
