W2K Server integration into NT4 Domain

Hi

I have an NT4 Domain with a PDC and BDC and would like to add another PDC using Windows 2000 Server. The obvious route to upgrade the existing NT4 Server is not an option because of other issues. I have now built another NT4 Server with the thought to making this the PDC and then upgrading it to W2K Server. How do I demote the existing PDC as the option in Server manager is not highlited.
