W2K Server connection

We have a configuration with two W2K Servers as follows: First W2KServer-Router-ISDN-Router-Second W2KServer.
From the first Server at the command line prompt with <Ping> I can contact the second Server.
When I click &quot;My Network Places, Entire Network, entire contents, Microsoft Windows Network&quot; I can not see the Domain from the second Server. When I install a NT4.0 Server instead of the second W2K Server I can see the Domain from the NT4.0 Server. Why????.
Please help. Thanks.
