I have 2 network cards on the W2K server. How i can setup network balancing or something like that?

Thanks.

Hello,
Some NIC's come with load balancing software that works much better that microsofts. Intel, 3com and broadcom all make load balanceing software. 3com and broadcom software will also work with other brands if one of the NIC's is thiers.

Mr. vlaa,

As the other two engineers have responded you can use MS NLB (with Advance Server) or if you are using a 3Com, Compaq/HP or someother vendor supported product.

I just wanted to point out MS NLB is available for Advance Server or Data Center.

It' not that hard to configure, just need to decide if you want to load balance or active/passive configuration.

Good Luck...... and Happy Holidays!
