W2K remote access

Can anyone help me to setup a W2K RAS server? I followed Microsoft Withe Papers but it doen't work.
Remote clients can connect to the server but they can't ping other computers in the local network, all on the sane subnet. This mean thay can't see my network routers. IP ruting in RRAS service is enabled, I have tried to add static routes but it didn't work. Any suggestion?
