W2K Print Server

I have print jobs that will get stuck in the print spooler, & I have to stop and start the service to get it to clear. Even if I try to cancel the print job they just sit there while it says deleting. This happens to all my W2K print servers.

Has anyone else run into this problem and found a cure for it?
